About the role
AeonSea Test Marina 2 is seeking an experienced Bartender to provide friendly, efficient beverage service in a busy waterfront hospitality environment.
The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, manage guest tabs and payments, monitor responsible alcohol service, and help create a welcoming experience for marina guests, restaurant customers, and visitors.
This position requires someone who can work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and professional guest service. The Bartender should be comfortable working independently behind the bar while also coordinating with servers, kitchen staff, managers, and other front-of-house employees.
The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, knowledgeable about common beer, wine, liquor, and cocktail service, and capable of handling multiple guest orders and tabs at the same time.
Compensation:
$10.00 per hour plus tips
Tips are in addition to the stated hourly wage and may vary based on guest volume, hours worked, service periods, and applicable tip-sharing or tip-out policies.
Any tip-pooling or tip-out requirements will be communicated as part of the employment and onboarding process.
Requirements
Candidates should have prior bartending, bar service, restaurant, hospitality, or related customer-service experience.
Applicants should be able to:
Prepare beer, wine, cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages
Follow standard recipes and portioning practices
Maintain accurate guest tabs and payment records
Process cash and card payments
Provide responsible alcohol service
Verify age identification when required
Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area
Restock beverages, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and supplies
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management
Coordinate drink orders with servers and restaurant staff
Handle high-volume service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Follow applicable food-safety, alcohol-service, and workplace-safety procedures
Candidates must be dependable, comfortable working with the public, and capable of remaining organized during busy service periods.
Responsible alcohol-service certification, food-handler certification, or other applicable state or local credentials are preferred and may be required depending on operating location.

Monday through Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday and Saturday: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
This is an evening and late-night hospitality position. Employees should be prepared to work through closing duties, including bar cleanup, stocking, cash/tab reconciliation, and securing the bar area before the end of the shift.
Some schedule flexibility may occasionally be required for special events, high-volume nights, holidays, or other operational needs.
