About the role
AeonSea Test Marina 2 is seeking a dependable Janitor / Facilities Cleaner to help maintain clean, safe, and professional marina facilities for customers, employees, contractors, and visitors.
This position is responsible for routine cleaning and upkeep of marina buildings and common areas, including offices, restrooms, customer areas, break rooms, service spaces, retail areas, and other assigned facilities.
The Janitor will help ensure that high-traffic areas remain clean and presentable throughout the day, restrooms are properly stocked and sanitized, trash and recycling are handled appropriately, and spills or other cleanliness concerns are addressed promptly.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
Candidates should have prior janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, facilities, or similar experience.
Applicants should be able to perform routine duties such as:
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
Emptying trash and recycling
Restocking paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies
Cleaning offices, customer areas, break rooms, and common spaces
Wiping and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
Responding to spills and other immediate cleaning needs
Maintaining organized janitorial and supply areas
Reporting maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or safety concerns to management
Candidates must be dependable, able to follow cleaning and safety procedures, and capable of working around customers and employees in an active marina environment.
The position may require standing, walking, bending, lifting routine cleaning supplies, and working both indoors and in covered outdoor areas.
Experience using commercial cleaning products and equipment is preferred.

Schedule
Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
This is an on-site position. Some schedule flexibility may occasionally be required for special events, high-traffic periods, unexpected cleaning needs, or other facility requirements.
